Built a comprehensive property investment platform enabling fractional real estate ownership. Developed responsive Next.js frontend with Material-UI, integrated Stripe payments, AWS Cognito authentication, and Prismic CMS for blog management. Backend built with .NET Core 8, Entity Framework, PostgreSQL, implementing RESTful APIs. Features include: property photo galleries, 360° virtual tours, investment calculations, payment processing, user KYC, admin dashboard, and automated dividend distributions. Deployed on AWS with Docker containerization.
